Are you a self-motivated sales professional with a passion for the automotive world? Penn Warranty Corporation, a leader in the Vehicle Service Contract space for over 30 years, is hiring a Dealer Development Manager (DDM) for the Cleveland market.
What You’ll Do:
As a DDM, you will be the face of Penn Warranty in your territory. You’ll build strong relationships with independent and franchise auto dealers, helping them drive revenue by offering our vehicle protection plans to their customers.
- Own your market – You’ll plan your own route, schedule, and meetings.
- Build partnerships – Sign dealers and train them to offer our service contracts.
- Drive performance – Meet visit goals while focusing on dealer activation and long-term relationships.
- Make an impact – Help dealers grow their business and provide real value to car buyers.

What You Bring:
- Outside territory sales experience , preferably B2B - REQUIRED
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Confidence and professionalism in face-to-face interactions
- Experience in automotive, finance & insurance, or related industries a plus
- Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience
- Motor vehicle operator with good driving record (required).
Environmental requirements:
Position requires walking, sitting, and standing. Driving automobile to customer premises is required. Varying climates, weather conditions, and walking surfaces, inside and outside.
