Overview:
The person in this role needs to be a driven, proactive self-starter, who is not afraid to push the boundaries and will constantly be looking for ways to improve how our sales and marketing efforts work. - Manage and drive sales team to grow all domestic and international sales for all games lines.
- Utilize digital tools to analyze, drive and grow our e-commerce business with a focus on Amazon.
- Drive sales strategies supported by relevant marketing to grow our consumer footprint across all lines.
- Work with the sales and marketing team to plan and activate all marketing opportunities.
- Manage and promote all crowdfunding campaigns.
- Collaborate with design to create all needed promotional assets both physical and digital.
- Oversee our web pages and social media sites to make sure that they are constantly up to date and prioritizing the most relevant content.
- Identify and leverage new selling channels for all Tycoon lines.
- Work with the sales team to track weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Travel to conventions and trade shows to promote brands and sell products as well as any needed customer meetings, which could be up to once per month.
- Assist in the sales of Pinball Tycoon equipment.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Specifics:
- Looking for somebody with 10+ years of experience in sales and marketing
- Candidate must have a bachelors degree
- Knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce.
- Knowledge of the Toy/Game category a benefit but not a must
- Some experience of working with international markets
Schedule:
This is a fully on site role with core office hours 08:00 - 17:00 Monday through Friday with a one-hour unpaid break from 13:00 to 14:00. Additional hours outside of these regular hours will be required to complete all duties on time and to the quality level needed which should equate to a total of 60 working hours a week. Any time outside of office hours is self-directed (mornings, evenings, weekends, etc.)
