Inspire Salon and Spa is looking for a dedicated nail technician that will work with our hair stylist clients to perform nail and pedicure services. The tech will walk into a book of business already established. We are professional, agile, collaborative and our goal is to Develop people.

If you are the type of person that is working towards being independent and would like to run your own nail salon one day -and have the drive required to do so we would like to talk to you. Nail tech will have access to a significant number of established clientele to build business from as well as overflow from our current business. This position will include a significant amount of freedom and will require a self directed and self motivated individual. Independent Nail Techs are welcome to apply.
Minimum requirements:
- Active Cosmetology or Manicurist License .
- Perform all styles of nail and feet services; Manicure, Pedicure, Gel, Dip, Acrylic, Shellac, Massage, etc.
- 1 years Technician experience.
- Salon flow, basic opening and closing duties, proper vocabulary and salon etiquette.
- Understanding and practice of Pre-booking.
- Knowledge and experience using different product lines.
- Proper sanitation procedures and recording processes.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends.
- Must speak English.
Preferred Experience:
- Ability to perform Advanced and Specialty services.
- Bilingual.
- Capable of doing Nail Art.
- Persuasive selling techniques.
- Ability to upsell services.
- Additional trade certifications such as Esthetician or Wax.
- TDLR compliance experience.
- Inventory management skills.
- Established clientele

Pay: $14.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
