Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various settings, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to ensure cleanliness.
- Clean and sanitize surfaces such as countertops, tables, and equipment.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies regarding cleaning procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions effectively.
- Good physical stamina; ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and demonstrate a positive attitude towards work.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
