What to Expect
We are seeking an open minded team member to support the overall operation process from start to finish. They will become intimately involved in all aspects of the plant, including but not limited to sanitation activities, inspections, maintenance, packaging, and production.
Responsibilities
- Has an intellectual curiosity in understanding processing equipment workflows and operations
- Ensures safe operation of the facility, including meeting company standards for sanitation, maintenance, safety, and security.
- Coordinates with production and packaging teams for waste removal generated from the day to day operations.
- Assists with sanitation requirements
- Assists with production requirements
- Assists with packaging requirements
- Assists with housekeeping requirements
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to read, write and speak fluent English, preference would be Bi-lingual
- Must be able to work flexible hours and be on call for emergencies.
