We are seeking an experienced SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management) Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions for corporate users, consultants, or end clients. The trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training materials on various modules within the SAP BRIM suite.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver comprehensive SAP BRIM training programs (both functional and technical if applicable).
- Cover key modules such as SAP Subscription Order Management (SOM), Convergent Charging (SAP CC), Convergent Invoicing (CI), Convergent Mediation (SAP CM), and FI-CA.
- Conduct live instructor-led training (ILT), virtual classroom sessions, and/or workshops.
- Create and maintain training documentation, user guides, and courseware.
- Customize training delivery to suit different levels of users – beginner, intermediate, and advanced.
- Conduct hands-on sessions, real-time case studies, and exercises to enhance learning.
- Provide post-training support, resolve learner queries, and conduct feedback analysis.
Stay updated with the latest SAP BRIM innovations, versions, and best practices. -
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in SAP, with 2+ years specifically in SAP BRIM (implementation or support).
- Prior experience as a trainer/instructor is highly preferred.
- In-depth understanding of the end-to-end BRIM lifecycle and related integration with CRM, SD, and FI-CA.
- Strong knowledge in one or more components: SAP CC, CI, SOM, CM, and FI-CA.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, structured manner.
Experience with creating training materials and delivering training via online platforms (Zoom, Teams, Webex). -
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP BRIM Certification (optional but a plus).
- Exposure to industries such as Telecom, Utilities, Media, or Subscription-based services.
- Experience working with S/4HANA BRIM landscape.
