- Monitor Student Progress: Administer diagnostic assessments and full-length practice tests to evaluate performance and tailor instruction accordingly.
- Provide Actionable Feedback: Offer individualized strategies, clear feedback, and test-taking techniques to boost accuracy, speed, and confidence.
- Stay Informed: Keep abreast of changes to SAT format, question types, and scoring rubrics to maintain instructional relevance.
- Create a Positive Learning Environment: Establish a motivating and supportive classroom culture that encourages student participation and growth.
- Proven experience teaching SAT preparation, with subject-matter expertise in either Math or English
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and connect with students
- Strong organizational abilities and flexibility in managing lessons and schedules
- Passion for education, with a student-first mindset and dedication to academic achievement
- Availability to teach part-time hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
