Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing appointment schedules, ensuring efficient operations, and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires strong administrative skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both clients and employees.

Responsibilities & duties

· Act as point of contact for new and existing clients who wish to make an appointment for home service

· Maintain detailed and organized client files

· Schedule and maintain the technicians calendars and client appointments

· Use available resources to assist technicians as the need arises

· Keep the office neat, organized and well stocked

· Run errands as needed

· Build and maintain good working relationships with vendors and suppliers

· Order and track parts and supplies as needed for jobs and office~follow up as needed

· Assist in the hiring process: setting interviews and onboarding

· Assist the owner and other project managers as needed i.e. setting appointments, planning for office gatherings, scheduling, accounts payable and accounts receivable

· Problem solve queries with clients or technicians if the need arises

· Understand that you are working with clients who have trusted us with their homes. Be respectful and caring at all times

Required Skills

· Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

· Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written

· Experience with scheduling (Jobber), budgeting and payroll

· Supply management experience

· Comfort with fast paced environment

· Proficient in MS Office Suite, Gmail and Google Calendar, Docs, Sheets, etc.

· Administrative or secretarial experience in an office environment is preferred but not required.
