School Cleaner / Custodian / Janitor

Custodian, Janitor - Start as soon as July 1!!!

We are seeking dedicated general cleaners to join our team in the Newaygo area, starting work on July 1!

Full-time and part time openings:

• Monday-Friday: 4:30pm-11:30pm (with occasional weekend availability for school event set up/tear down)
• Monday-Friday: 3:30pm-12:00am (with occasional weekend availability for school event set up/tear down)
• Monday-Friday: 10am-2:30pm (with occasional weekend availability for school event set up/tear down)
• Monday-Friday: 5pm-10:00pm (with occasional weekend availability for school event set up/tear down)

*Schedule is subject to change during school breaks. Usually, we work a first shift schedule during breaks.

Pay: $14

Responsibilities:

• Vacuuming
• Mopping
• Dusting
• Cleaning restrooms
• Removing trash
• Operating a floor scrubber or similar floor cleaning equipment
• Grounds maintenance
• As well as other cleaning tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Great attendance!
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a federal background check with no past or pending felonies or misdemeanors and a drug test including for THC
• 18 years of age or older with valid ID
• Ability to work efficiently while upholding company’s quality standards
• Maintain effective communication with supervisors/managers and other team members
