Elementary School Counselor
The Rome City School District is seeking a compassionate, student-centered, and skilled school counselor to support the academic, social-emotional, and personal development of elementary students in a collaborative and inclusive environment.

Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid New York State School Counselor Certification
- Experience working with elementary-aged students in a school setting.
- Knowledge of trauma-informed practices, social-emotional learning, and behavioral interventions.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to equity, inclusion, and the whole-child approach to education.
