- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex hardware, software, network, and system-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide advanced support for endpoint devices, operating systems, enterprise applications, and network connectivity.
- Assist with setting up, configuring, and maintaining desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Support classroom and conference room technology needs, including basic audiovisual (AV) equipment troubleshooting when required.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure smooth escalation and resolution of high-level technical issues.
Computer Lab Management
- Oversee daily operations of computer labs within the School of Medicine
- Maintain lab hardware, software, and peripheral equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Install and update software in alignment with academic requirements
- Prepare lab environments for classroom instruction, independent study, and high-stakes assessments
