Responsibilities of Screw-Machine Set-Up Operators include:
· Set-up multi-spindle screw machines in a fast-paced environment where safety and quality work are valued and required.
· Safely operate multi-spindle screw machines to meet or exceed production targets.
· Measure and monitor product conformance to assure align with quality expectations.
· Collaborate and communicate with all Efficient team members as part of our company culture.
You will have the opportunity to train and operate our new Acme 8 spindle hybrid CNC machines in this exciting position!
Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is sometimes exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment can be loud and repetitive.
Physical Requirements
· Prolonged periods working on feet, using tools, and performing repetitive actions that entail frequent bending and stooping.
· Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
· Visual acuity to read instructions, operate machines, and inspect parts produced.
· Manual dexterity and physical strength necessary to operate tools or make adjustments and repairs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
