The Global E- commerce Team is responsible for capturing and identifying user's e-commerce intention and operating the whole process to promote GMV. Some of the projects you will be part of: E Commerce recommendation, EC labelling, EC evaluation and EC events.
Our mission is to build and strengthen user awareness that they can shop on TikTok; Also to enhance the usage frequency of the search function and stimulate users' e commerce search needs. While improving user's search experience, accelerate the e-commerce business to grow.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the daily operation and support of Global E-commerce in search and recommendation scenarios
- Responsible for Data Analysis and Kanban construction, including indicator system construction, indicator anomaly monitoring, data lake visualization, data reporting, etc., to meet relevant business demands for data;
- Through the problems of Data Discovery business and platform tools, propose improvement strategies, and promote the implementation to provide decision support for the business;
- Deeply understand the business logic and process, responsible for mining user pain points and corresponding needs through Data Analysis, responsible for Target User research, user feedback collection, and output product optimisation suggestions. Establish a standard demand research and feedback mechanism, and ensure a complete information pass-through chain.
