We are currently looking for a full time Security Account Manager to manage a government contract account. This position will oversee and manage approximately 10 security officers. The main responsibilities of this position include:
- Hire and onboard new employees by adding employees to all company online systems
- Manage background checks for new and existing employees
- Maintain each employee's personnel file and ensure all files contain required forms and documentation
- Hold disciplinary meetings with employees when needed
- Draft comprehensive and concise disciplinary documents such as write-ups for employee infractions
- Conduct orientation meetings with new employees to explain company policies
- Communicate and meet with certain clients via email and in-person
- Order new office supplies when needed
- Answer office phones
- Other duties as assigned
This position is full time with a work schedule of Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm. However, due to the nature of this position, there will likely be times when work will need to be done remotely after normal working hours. Candidates must be available to be on call and available outside of normal business hours including weekends.
Candidates MUST be available to start Friday, June 6th 2025.
This is a salaried position. The starting salary for this position is $50,000 - $55,000/year to start + benefits.
Successful candidates must have a minimum of 2-3 years of managerial experience in the security management field. Candidates with a security license (armed and/or unarmed) are strongly preferred, but not required.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be a US citizen
Must possess a minimum of 2-3 years of security management management experience
Must pass a comprehensive background investigation (both internal and independent State Police background check)
Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel
Must be available to work on-call and weekends if needed
Must work well with others
