Job Summary
We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Security Consultants to join our elite team. This role involves providing security support, conducting risk assessments, training personnel, and ensuring operational readiness in dynamic environments. Candidates must demonstrate exceptional tactical proficiency, situational awareness, and leadership capabilities.
Assignments may involve domestic security operations, international deployments, and instructor roles for specialized training programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct security assessments and implement effective protection strategies.
- Provide physical security for high-value assets, personnel, and facilities.
- Lead and support security operations in both low- and high-threat environments.
- Train personnel in weapons handling, tactical operations, and situational response.
- Deliver security consulting services to clients, ensuring compliance with operational requirements.
- Prepare and execute emergency response plans and crisis management protocols.
- Potentially deploy overseas to support international operations and client missions.
Qualifications
- Mandatory Background:
- Prior military, law enforcement, or high-level private security experience.
- Minimum of 3–5 years in a tactical, protective, or investigative role.
- Certifications (Preferred but Not Required):
- Tactical firearms training
- Executive protection certifications
- Risk management or threat assessment certifications
Requirements
- Must pass a comprehensive physical fitness assessment.
- Must pass a weapons proficiency screening.
- Ability to operate effectively in high-stress environments.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and international travel.
- Must possess or be eligible for relevant security clearances where required.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
