Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and Unarmed and Armed Security Guard to join our team. Must have License or Gun License. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their property. This role requires a proactive approach to surveillance, conflict management, and emergency response, ensuring the safety of all individuals on the premises.
Duties
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activities.
- Operate surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, to maintain constant oversight of premises.
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, providing first aid and CPR when necessary.
- Enforce rules and regulations to ensure a safe environment for employees, visitors, and clients.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential security risks or breaches.
- Prepare detailed reports on daily activities, incidents, and any unusual occurrences.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary for investigations or emergencies.
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage to property.
Requirements
- Previous experience in law enforcement or military service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of surveillance techniques and equipment is essential.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A valid security guard license or certificate may be required based on local regulations.
- Must be physically fit to perform duties that may include standing for long periods and responding quickly in emergencies.
