Job Title: Security Officer
Pay: $17.75 - $19.75 / hour based on experience and CPR certification
Schedule: Part-Time, Every other Friday and Saturday, 10pm – 6am

We are seeking a part-time Security Officer to patrol and secure assigned premises as well as identify risks to staff and residents.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and entrances to ensure proper function and security.
- Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules.
- Report on any facility issues such as fire hazards and leaking water pipes.
- Responds to all fire alarms and apartment emergency calls.
- Perform light maintenance as time allows such as changing light bulbs, and similar assignments.
- Shovels and keeps clear exit door walkways during and after snowstorms.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or other related fields.
- Familiarity with security equipment.
- Ability to handle physical workload.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Strong attention to detail.
