We’re seeking a dependable and professional Security Officer to help ensure a safe and secure environment for our guests, staff, and property. This role is vital in maintaining a calm, orderly atmosphere through proactive monitoring and timely response to potential issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patrol designated areas and monitor access points to prevent unauthorized activity.
- Respond quickly and appropriately to alarms, disturbances, and emergency situations.
- Identify and report suspicious behavior, safety hazards, or security breaches.
- Escort unauthorized individuals or trespassers from the premises when necessary.
- Provide courteous assistance to guests and staff, promoting a safe and welcoming environment.
- Operate surveillance systems and enforce site safety protocols, including prohibited items and restricted areas.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field preferred.
- CPR and first aid certification is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Strong communication, observation, and conflict-resolution skills.
