We are seeking highly professional and adaptable Flex Security Officers to join our team.
Key strengths beyond basic security capabilities:
- Proven ability to operate across multiple sites
- Strong observational skills and proactive threat detection
- Clear, concise verbal and written communication
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and surveillance protocols
- First aid and CPR certification preferred
- Experience in loss prevention and conflict de-escalation
- Prior law enforcement or military background is a plus
This is an on-call position with potential for part-time and/or full-time placement based on performance and site needs. Officers must be available to rotate across various locations and shifts, including coverage at designated Lv2 & Lv3 sites requiring elevated professionalism and situational awareness.
Requirements:
- Valid Guard Card (Required)
- Reliable personal transportation (e.g., own vehicle) to reach multiple sites as scheduled
- Availability for all required shifts and on-call assignments
- Clean background and drug screening
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to document incidents & DARs clearly and collaborate with law enforcement when needed
