Overview
A warm, balanced household seeks a nurturing, professional live-out nanny for their first child. The family values “everything in moderation”—mixing outdoor exploration (walking, parks, snuggles) with a grounded routine of food and rest. You’ll partner with parents who follow Attachment-Informed and Love & Logic philosophies, adapting to the child’s evolving needs and supporting his early milestones through tummy time, sensory play, baby-led weaning, and introduction to clean, mostly organic foods (no beef).
Key Responsibilities:
- Infant care: swaddling, diapering, feeding support, tummy time, milestone tracking
- Early learning: age-appropriate play, literacy & music integration, crafts
- Nutrition: child-focused meal prep, food introduction, baby-led weaning
- Household support: child-related dishes, laundry, tidying (post-activity), toy sanitizing
- Outdoor exposure: daily walks & fresh-air play
- Travel support: accompany parent on work trips to Atlanta (2–4×/year; Mon–Thurs/Fri)
Skills
- Proven paid and professional experience nannying infants. (3+ years)
- Strong knowledge of developmental milestones and major childhood transitions
- Certification in First Aid and CPR.
- Experience with food introduction, bottle weaning, safe sleep and more.
- Excellent communication skills .
- A proven track record of punctuality and reliability.
- A track record that reflects success in educating through play and structured activities.
