Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the daily operations of our projects. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that work is completed efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of job sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
- Perform manual labor tasks including weedeating, fence building and any other tasked asked to do
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals.
Experience
- Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and safety practices is a plus.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
