Your journey starts now—innovate and excel with ManTech!ManTech seeks a motivated, career-focused, and customer-oriented Senior SharePoint Developer to join an on-site team in either: Falls Church, VA, San Antonio, TX, Aurora, CO, or Tacoma, WA.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Design, build, and maintain SharePoint solutions across on-premises (2013/2016) and cloud (SharePoint Online / M365) environments.
Modernize legacy SharePoint environments by refactoring workflows, converting classic pages to modern UI, and migrating lists/libraries to SharePoint Online or Power Platform solutions.
Develop and support custom SharePoint components using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript/TypeScript, or PnP libraries.
Customize and extend SharePoint experiences with client-side scripting, web parts, page layouts, and branding aligned with Defense Health Agency (DHA) and Department of Defense (DoD) standards.
Integrate SharePoint with enterprise systems using REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, Azure AD, and Power Automate.
Provide hands-on support for site migrations, permissions editing, broken workflow remediation, and legacy form replacement (e.g., InfoPath retirement).
Minimum Qualifications:
4+ years of progressive experience as a SharePoint developer with at least 1+ years as a senior developer or technical lead spanning multiple application development projects/teams simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline. Additional relevant military or professional experience (typically 4 years) may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
Strong proficiency in SharePoint Designer, InfoPath (for migration/remediation), Power Automate, and site customization techniques.
Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) development using TypeScript, React, and PnP.js.
Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages) for modern form and workflow replacement.
Experience developing custom web parts, solutions, or scripts using JavaScript, jQuery, HTML/CSS, and CAML/CSOM/REST.
Familiarity with permissions models, site collections, content types, managed metadata, and document library configuration.
Service desk experience and ability to troubleshoot issues in legacy environments and refactor outdated or unsupported solutions into sustainable architectures.
Prior experience working with user bases exceeding 10,000, preferably in contexts involving operational healthcare, clinical training, or readiness systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with ShareGate, Metalogix, or similar SharePoint migration tools.
Experience with Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Graph API, and integration of external data sources.
Experience supporting Defense Health Agency (DHA), MHS, Veterans Administration (VA), or other federal health agencies.
Certifications such as M365 Developer Associate or Teamwork Administrator Associate (retired but still relevant), or similar.
Clearance Requirements:
Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
Physical Requirements:
Office work, typically sedentary with some movement around the office.
Ability to travel (car or air) and present at conferences or meetings.
The projected compensation range for this position is $102,200.00-$169,500.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
