Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with management, departments, and customers to identify end-user requirements and specifications, driving software development that meets real-world needs.
- Design algorithms and flowcharts to create innovative software programs and systems, contributing to technological advancement and problem-solving.
- Produce efficient and elegant code based on requirements, ensuring software quality, performance, and maintainability.
- Test, deploy, troubleshoot, debug, maintain, and improve existing software, driving continuous improvement and user satisfaction.
- Develop technical documentation to guide future software development projects, facilitating knowledge sharing and efficient team workflows.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
- 5 years of position-relevant work experience.
- DoD 8570.01-m IAT Level II certification.
- Experience with C, C#, C++, SQL, or Java programming languages.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and GIT tools for software development and project management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience in DoD Systems development.
- DoD 8570.01-m IAT Level III certification.
Clearance Requirements:
- Required TS/SCI
Physical Requirements:
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
The projected compensation range for this position is $105,800.00-$175,900.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
