Your journey starts now—innovate and excel with ManTech!ManTech seeks a motivated, career-focused, and customer-oriented Senior Web Developer to join an on-site team in either: Falls Church, VA, San Antonio, TX, Aurora, CO, or Tacoma, WA.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Full-stack (but front-end biased) individual contributor and mentor for teams responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of dynamic web applications across a mix of legacy (.NET, Sitecore) and modern architectures.
- Lead application development efforts using responsive design principles and modern JavaScript frameworks; while collaborating with UX designers, back-end developers, content editors, and system administrators to deliver cohesive, user-focused digital experiences.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across multiple platforms, including legacy compatibility issues.
- Support integration with content management systems (CMS), web APIs, and enterprise services including identity/authentication, logging, and analytics.
- Drive modernization and migration of legacy codebases and UI components to modern standards and frameworks.
- Lead code reviews and establish standards for knowledge sharing across all development teams.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 4+ years of progressive experience as a software developer with at least 1+ years as a senior developer or technical lead spanning multiple application development projects/teams simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline. Additional relevant military or professional experience (typically 4 years) may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
- Deep expertise in front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap).
- Experience with one or more JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
- Strong C# skills, with experience with modern .NET Core, Razor Pages, or Blazor.
- Working knowledge of ASP.NET (Web Forms and/or MVC) and integration with RESTful APIs or web services.
- Proficiency with version control systems like Git and development workflows using Azure DevOps GitHub, or similar platforms.
- Experience with Sitecore CMS (development, templating, content workflows, personalization, or integration).
- Prior experience working with user bases exceeding 10,000, preferably in contexts involving operational healthcare, clinical training, or readiness systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with DoD or federal cybersecurity standards (RMF, STIG, IL4/IL5, HIPAA).
- Experience supporting Defense Health Agency (DHA), MHS, Veterans Administration (VA), or other federal health agencies.
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Pages, Power Automate) and integration into web-based workflows.
- Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker) and cloud-native development on Azure or AWS.
- Certifications such as Azure Developer Associate or Microsoft Web Applications Developer (legacy MCSD).
Clearance Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
Physical Requirements:
- Office work, typically sedentary with some movement around the office.
- Ability to travel (car or air) and present at conferences or meetings.
The projected compensation range for this position is $102,200.00-$169,500.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
