Job Description: Server Assistant / Busser

Skills: In your role as Server Assistant, you are instrumental in shaping the standards by which our restaurant is assessed. Your appearance, demeanor, and interactions with guests are pivotal in forming their impressions. It's crucial to bear in mind that you are consistently visible to guests, and the first impression you create is vital as it colors their entire dining experience. Due to the nature of our business, this position is required to work weekends and holidays.

Description of responsibilities:

• Clear tables of used dishes, glassware, and utensils promptly and efficiently.
• Reset tables with clean linens, napkins, and condiments.
• Assist servers with bringing food and drinks to tables as needed.
• Assist in setting up and replenishing bottle service stations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including sweeping and mopping floors.
• Empty trash and recycling bins regularly.
• Assist in stocking and replenishing supplies, such as napkins and condiments.
• Opening side work: Assist in setting up dining areas, including arranging tables and chairs.
• Closing side work: Clean and sanitize dining areas, sweep and mop floors, and assist in restocking supplies.
• Plus, daily specific side work provided by management.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Must have a minimum of 2 or more years of experience in a high end fast paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to occasionally exert up to 50 pounds of force, and/or frequently exert up to 10 pounds of force to move, lift, carry, push, or pull objects as needed.
• With appropriate accommodation, must be capable of standing and moving for at least 6 hours continuously.
