Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and warmly.
- Present menus and explain daily specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely and professional manner.
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and respond to any concerns.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently for the next guests.
- Process payments accurately and thank guests for their visit.
- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a server is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and team-player mentality.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and customer-focused.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
