We are currently seeking a Server to join the Borrillo's team who will be responsible for taking customer orders and serving food in our establishment. The primary responsibilities of this role include accurately recording food and beverage orders, ensuring tables are served promptly and correctly, and collecting payments from customers.
To excel in this position, a positive attitude is essential, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while collaborating effectively with cooks and other staff members. Previous experience in customer service within a high-pressure setting is highly desirable for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take orders.
- Answer questions about menu items and specials.
- Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely manner.
- Clear tables and reset for the next customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Communicate with kitchen staff regarding customer orders.
- Process payments and provide change as needed.
