Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing strong sales skills to enhance guest experience.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring proper presentation according to culinary standards.
- Assist in sanitizing tables, utensils, and service areas to maintain cleanliness throughout the establishment.
- Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring accurate cash handling practices are followed.
- Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure timely service for all guests.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly, fostering positive guest relations and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during service hours.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a server or hospitality role is preferred but not required.
- Strong math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during peak hours.
- Ability to provide outstanding guest services while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and commitment to maintaining cleanliness in all areas of service.
- Familiarity with nightclub environments is a plus, as well as an understanding of culinary trends.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
