As a server you will greet your table, take drink/food orders, basic serving prep work (cutting lemons and bread, making tea/coffee, etc.), serve beverages and various entrees all while providing a welcoming environment for the customer. Table assignment is given to the servers in a rotation versus having your own section. Your tips are your own tips as we do not have a tip sharing process. You are responsible for bussing/cleaning your own tables once the customers have left.
