Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fine dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing an exceptional dining experience. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have a memorable experience. A strong understanding of food safety and handling is essential to maintain the highest standards of service.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using a cash register or point-of-sale system.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining attention to detail.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly.
- Sanitate tables, utensils, and dining areas to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to all food safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently while providing excellent guest services.
Experience
- Previous experience in a server role within a fine dining or upscale restaurant is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Excellent math skills for processing payments and managing cash register transactions.
- Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by the restaurant’s schedule.

Pay: $20.21 - $24.33 per hour
