Located on 8 acres of the Deer Ridge Hillside our new establishment will be bringing an upscale casual dining experience utilizing our on site gardens to create beautifully crafted food and cocktail offerings to the Brentwood area. The property is perfect for Private Events and Outdoor Dining as well as a renovated Speakeasy Bar boasting High level Cocktails and Spirits surrounded by local Olive Groves and Herb Gardens maintained by our team.

What We’re Looking For:
✅ 2+ years of experience in a full-service bar/restaurant
✅ Strong knowledge of food, craft cocktails, wine and beer (we feature rotating craft beers on tap)
✅ Ability to manage your time and provide excellent customer service.
✅ A team player who understands tip-out structures and supports fellow staff
✅ Weekend availability is a must

Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverages and understand and explain our menu and vision to guests
- Operate the POS system accurately for order processing and payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, adhering to food safety standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and assist in banquet and catering events as needed.

Pay: $150.00 - $400.00 per day
