Job Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. You got bartender experience? We have bartender openings and if we start you out as a server and we see great performance with great customer service and a teamwork work ethic. We can discuss training behind the bar!
Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner
- Present menus to customers and answer questions about menu items
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure timely delivery of meals
- Check on guests throughout their dining experience to ensure satisfaction
- Process payments and operate cash registers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred
- Knowledge of food industry practices and guest services
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Basic food preparation knowledge is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in basic math for order processing and bill calculations
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and etiquette
