Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team at Nic & Norman's. In this role, you will be essential in providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring they have a memorable dining experience. Your contributions will help us maintain our mission of creating special moments in a vibrant and artistic environment.
Responsibilities
- Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring attention to detail.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly while maintaining high service standards.
- Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that arise.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a server or hospitality role preferred.
- Strong guest relations skills with a passion for providing excellent service.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic math skills.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $500.00 - $800.00 per week
