Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring guests have an enjoyable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Serve food and drinks to tables in a timely manner while ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly.
- Process payments accurately, including cash handling and credit card transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including resetting tables for the next guests.
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations to ensure guest health and safety.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and timely delivery of orders.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Knowledge of culinary practices and fine dining etiquette is preferred.
- Experience in food service or hospitality environments is advantageous.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and practices.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A positive attitude with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
