About the Role:
We are seeking polished, hospitality-driven servers to join our opening team. At Driftwood, servers are more than order-takers—they are guest advocates and experience curators. You’ll bring insight, warmth, and professionalism to every interaction, guiding guests through an inspired menu and ensuring each table feels like the most important one in the room.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver polished, attentive service with a deep focus on guest satisfaction
- Guide guests through a refined Italian food and beverage experience
- Recommend thoughtful wine and cocktail pairings with confidence
- Maintain a warm, welcoming, and professional table presence
- Support your teammates and contribute to a smooth, guest-centered service flow
- Participate in pre-opening training to help set the tone and standard
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in upscale casual or fine dining settings
- Strong working knowledge of Italian cuisine, wine, and craft cocktails
- Clear, confident communicator with a guest-first mindset
- Deep commitment to hospitality, teamwork, and professionalism
- Availability for training prior to opening and ongoing service development
