Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hospitality to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere in our establishment.
Duties
- Greet guests promptly and courteously, providing menus and information about daily specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system and cash register.
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner while ensuring proper presentation.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area.
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations to ensure guest safety.
- Provide recommendations on menu items based on guest preferences.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy in cash handling.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest concerns promptly.
- Maintain knowledge of the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods for all items offered.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Server in a fine dining or nightclub setting is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food safety practices is essential.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Strong hospitality skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Experience with POS systems is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided.
