We are looking for a server with a passion for craft beer and providing excellent guest service. Table service experience is a must. Compensation includes hourly and tips.
Shift times may include:
- Monday - Wednesday: 3:30pm - 11:00pm
- Thursday: 3:30pm - 12am
- Friday: 3:30pm - 2am (Shifts start at 3:30pm, 5pm, 6pm, and 7pm)
- Saturday: 11:30am - 2am (Shifts start at 11:30am, 5pm, 6pm, and 7pm)
- Sunday: 11:30am - 4:30pm , 4:30pm - 9:00pm
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Complete all opening and closing duties
- Maintain pleasant ambiance with music and TVs
- Restock and replenish taproom inventory and supplies
- Keep a clean and presentable taproom at all times
- Maintain effective communication with management
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
- Show proficiency in upselling and cross-selling
- Exceed monthly sales goals
- Build regulars and foster genuine relationships
- Work hand in hand with the venue manager for all events
- Promote a healthy work environment
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Comply with CDC guidelines
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience working as a server
- Bilingual is a plus
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Ability to work in a very fast paced work environment
- Great work ethic
- Teamwork oriented
- Must be available Sundays
