Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, including Aloha POS.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items to enhance the guest experience.
- Monitor tables for guest satisfaction and address any needs or concerns promptly.
- Sanitate dining areas, utensils, and equipment according to food safety standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of meals.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using basic math skills.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant, including dining areas and restrooms.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or as a Server is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments.
