Job Type: Part-Time (Friday and Saturday nights and Sunday Brunch)

Position Overview: We are looking for sophisticated, energetic, and professional servers with a flair for fine dining to join our team. As a server at our omakase sushi restaurant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring guests enjoy a refined, seamless dining experience. You should possess a deep understanding of upscale service and be adept at guiding guests through each course with grace and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional, attentive service throughout the multi-course omakase experience
- Engage guests in a warm, personable manner while maintaining an sense of sophistication
- Knowledgeably present and serve the chef's sashimi and sushi creations, as well as expertly suggest and serve wine and sake pairings
- Set up and maintain a clean, organized dining environment, adhering to the highest standards
- Collaborate with the kitchen and leadership team to deliver professional and engaging service
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns swiftly and professionally
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in fine dining, upscale restaurants, or high-end service environments is preferred
- A poised, polished demeanor and an approachable, friendly personality
- Passion for hospitality with a strong desire to create memorable guest experiences
- Knowledge of sushi, wine, and sake is a plus but not required; training will be provided
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage guests while maintaining professionalism
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while staying focused and composed
