```Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and experienced Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Enter orders into the Aloha POS system
- Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
- Assist with bussing tables during peak times
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Server in a restaurant or similar setting is preferred
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Strong knowledge of guest services and hospitality industry standards
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for handling payments accurately
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
