About Us:
Dog Bar Sarasota is opening this summer in the historic Ice House, bringing back the magic of the former Boo’s Ice House & Dog Bar now powered by the team behind Dog Bar St. Pete, one of USA Today’s Top 10 Dog Bars in the country.
We’re an off-leash dog park combined with a full-service bar and casual restaurant and yes, it’s as fun as it sounds. We’re building a team that’s all about great service, dog-loving vibes, and long-term growth.
The Role:
We’re hiring Servers who are quick with a smile, calm under pressure, and great with both humans and dogs. This isn’t traditional table service, you’ll be part of a fluid team where guests may order food and drinks at the bar, but still need support while they hang out in the yard, grab food at the counter, or take it to go at the end of their play session.
Responsibilities:
- Handle cash/credit transactions via POS
- Deliver food from the kitchen to guests
- Bus tables and maintain clean outdoor seating areas
- Check in with customers in the yard and patio
- Maintain a safe space for both humans and dogs
- Help guide guests who may be visiting a dog bar for the first time
- Assist bartenders with restocking, guests, and general good vibes
- Be ready to lend a hand anywhere

Opening Timeline:
Training starts late June. Soft opening through early July. Grand opening is July 12.
