We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring that guests receive top-notch service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed.
- Provide excellent guest relations by engaging with customers, taking drink orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through Aloha POS or similar systems.
- Collaborate with restaurant staff to support overall service operations, including bussing tables when necessary.
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and local regulations regarding alcohol service.
- Assist in managing inventory levels and placing orders for bar supplies as required.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations is essential.
- Strong sales skills to promote drink specials and enhance guest experiences.
- Proficiency in using OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with guests quickly.
- Experience in guest services, ensuring that all patrons feel valued and welcomed during their visit.
