Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our guests. You will prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, while maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Duties: - Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner - Take drink orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences - Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks - Ensure that all drinks are prepared according to recipes and established standards - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies as needed - Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently - Engage with customers in a positive manner, providing excellent customer service - Adhere to all food safety and alcohol service regulations - Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the bar Qualifications: - Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred - Strong knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages, cocktail recipes, and drink preparation techniques - Excellent math skills for cash handling and calculating bills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Exceptional time management skills to ensure efficient service - Familiarity with cash registers and basic point-of-sale systems - Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus - Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required If you are passionate about bartending and providing exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
