This position is a part-time position

We are looking for a server to work in our new Columbus, MS location. This position is responsible for providing food and drink service to guests in our restaurant , as well as maintaining a clean and orderly restaurant environment. We are looking for a server who enjoys working in a fast paced environment, has great customer service skills, and enjoys interacting with others.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and answer questions about menu items and ingredients
• Serve meals at proper temperature
• Receive and serve menu items to customers
• Check customers out
• Collect payments or pay with credit cards or cash
• Issue bills or accept payments
• Maintain clean restaurant or kitchen area by cleaning food dishes and sanitizing surfaces regularly, taking out trash
• Stock inventory as needed/requested
• Answer phones or direct calls when needed. Communicate with management as needed to ensure the proper flow of service
• Responsible for setting up/removing business functions including dining room services (e.g. serving stations, tables etc.)as needed/required.

Experience:

• Previous experience in restaurant serving or hospitality preferred but not required.
