Duties and responsibilities include the following:
- Customer Service/Experience orientated
- Mechanical knowledge and understanding highly important
- Greeting customers and writing up their concerns for the technician to repair or diagnose
- Consulting with technicians about needed repairs
- Answering customer questions about service outcomes and consulting with technicians when necessary
- Assisting customers with deciding to fix their vehicle
- Overseeing and managing the service center’s scheduling and workflow
- Informing customers of changes in service or when their vehicle is ready to be picked up
- Closing out and invoicing Service Orders
- Collecting Payment from customers
- Answering phones and booking service appointments
- Scheduling onsite mobile services and handling emergency road calls
- Prioritizing our own fleet of rental and lease trucks along with customer retail service work
- Preparing estimates and seeking approval to conduct the work
- Discussing reasons why certain repairs are needed - a strong ability to understand mechanical concepts and inform customers why certain repairs are needed
- Ability to multi-task and keep an organized workstation
- Required to have mechanical automotive or truck understanding of how engines and other functions of the vehicle work
- Required to be detail orientated
- Required to be able to type and use a computer without help
- Required to be good with math
- Preferred to understand Microsoft Excel
- Preferred English and Spanish Speaking

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
