Responsibilities:
- Focused customer interaction and satisfaction
- Maximize efficiency, revenue, and productivity
- Support service department by managing the schedule and ordering parts
- Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and parts departments
- Review inspection reports from technicians and manage technician time
- Reliable and consistent in attendance and professional communication with all customers and associates
- Maintain a line of communication with the customer regarding the progress/status of their vehicle
Role is integral to all aspects of the store business and ideas, thoughts, and suggestions will be heard. We look forward to hearing from you!
Required
- Service Advisor/Writer experience
- 2+ years of customer service experience
