We offer over 13 different brands of motorcycles, snowmobiles, ATVs, personal watercraft, trailers, side by sides and boats, as well as used cars. We have a full service and parts department to properly service and maintain all of the vehicles we sell. GT Toyz is upstate New York's premier Motor Sport and Marine dealer. We proudly represent Kawasaki, Yamaha, Arctic Cat, Zero, Avalon Pontoons along with 5 other brands of boats. We are searching for an experienced Service and Parts Advisor to join our team.
Duties
- Assist guests with their service and parts needs
- Schedule and dispatch according to the companies procedures
- Develop and implement strategies to improve parts inventory management
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records through data entry
- Collaborate with the service department to fulfill parts requests in a timely manner
- Manage the service and parts counter and assist customers with questions and purchases
- Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards
Experience
- Previous experience in a boat or motor sport dealership or related field is preferred
- Proven experience in a dealership environment required
- Proficient in data entry and inventory management software systems
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
