- Deliver Exceptional Guest Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide a friendly, welcoming experience to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare Food to Subway Standards: Craft sandwiches, salads, and other menu items following Subway’s recipes, portion guidelines, and presentation standards.
- Maintain a Clean and Inviting Environment: Keep the dining area, prep stations, and equipment clean and organized to uphold Subway’s hygiene and brand standards.
- Promote Brand Consistency: Adhere to Subway’s operational procedures, including proper food handling, safety protocols, and uniform standards to maintain brand integrity.
- Engage with Customers: Offer menu recommendations, upsell items when appropriate, and address customer inquiries or concerns to build loyalty.
