Lowell Fleet, a heavy-duty towing and repair shop, is looking for a Service Coordinator/Dispatch to join the team. This is a high-demand, fast-paced job that requires someone who is an expert multi-tasker and can work under pressure. This position frequently involves answering multiple phone lines, keeping an ear to other conversations in the room, and being talked at by 2 people often all at the same time.
This role is supervisor level and responsible to oversee all dispatch and shop operations and report directly to the Operations Manager.

Experience dispatching emergency or priority services is strongly preferred. Intermediate computer knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and calm demeanor are a must.
