**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated Service Manager to oversee our food service operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service, team management, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
**Duties:**
- Managing day-to-day operations of the service department.
- Supervising and training staff in service, food-handling, and safety protocols.
- Assisting in maintaining inventory control and ordering supplies as needed
- Implementing and enforcing restaurant policies and procedures.
- Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Assisting the Operations Manager.
**Experience:**
- Previous experience in the food industry, including bartending or restaurant management.
- Proven track record in team management and leadership roles.
- Familiarity with inventory control practices.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
